At Eagle Head Press, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below, you’ll find our return and refund policy, which outlines the procedures for exchanges on regular items and our policy for custom orders.
Return Policy for Regular Items
14-Day Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

No Return or Refund Policy for Custom Orders
At Eagle Head Press, we are dedicated to providing high-quality custom products tailored to your specifications. Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final.
Policy Details:
- Payment and Approval: Payment is due upon approval of your order. All custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Garment Sourcing: Eagle Head Press will not warranty any part of an order in which the garment is supplied by any source other than Eagle Head Press, including the print.
- Stock Availability: Eagle Head Press is not responsible for items that are out of stock. Although we check for potential stock issues, all garments are ordered after your order is placed, and we cannot guarantee their availability. If items are out of stock, we will provide a list of possible replacements for your approval prior to printing.
- Printing Process: Each garment is loaded onto the press by hand. A print requested at 2” below the collar may vary by as much as an inch in either direction due to the printing process. This will not be considered a misprint, and Eagle Head Press will not reprint or refund these items.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made after an order has been placed will incur a 15% restocking fee, plus any additional fees for services already rendered. No cancellations will be accepted once production or any manipulation of the garments (including tag removal, printed tags, and printing) has begun.
- Manufacturer Defects: Eagle Head Press is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as color inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled garments, or other garment defects (holes, ripped seams, etc.). While we inspect each garment as they are printed, we cannot guarantee the condition of each individual garment as we are not the manufacturers.
- Error Notification: We conduct quality checks on every garment, but human error may occasionally occur. It is your responsibility as the customer to inspect each garment upon receipt. You have a 72-hour window from the time you receive the goods to notify us of any issues with your order. Eagle Head Press will not be responsible for errors reported after this 72-hour period.
- Liability for Defective Garments: Eagle Head Press is not liable for any lost income, customers, accounts, or contracts resulting from defective garments sent to your final customers. While we perform quality checks, the final quality assurance responsibility lies with you, our customer.
- Claims for Reprints: We value each of our clients and aim to ensure that every order leaving our facility is correct. Any order printed differently than the approved mock-up will qualify for a reprint of the defective product. All claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.
